Danville Services of Arizona, LLC has been providing essential support services to Tucson residents with disabilities and their families since 2002. The programs Danville operates are designed to support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities as well as those with co-occurring mental health, behavioral and complex medical support needs.

We provide an array of residential, employment, community integration and related support services throughout the Tucson area. Most of our residential settings receive 24 hour awake staff support while our intensive medical homes have trained license medical staff on shift 24 hours per day.
Residential programs are generally staffed 24-hours each day by well trained and competent Direct Support staff. Based on the needs of the individuals being supported, nurses, therapists and other professional staff are also assigned to the home. Danville has the capacity to support individuals with complex nursing needs up to 24 hours per day in its small, neighborhood-scale homes.
In each program, Danville provides individualized services and supports that enhance a person’s ability to exercise independence, control over many daily decisions as well as become engaged and contributing members of their neighborhoods and communities.
When you work as closely as we do with people with disabilities you quickly learn how rewarding this line of work is. Our clients are so much more than clients to us, they’re our friends and your family and we come to work every day ready to do everything in our power to help and respect the people that become Danville clients.
Ultimately, it's our outstanding staff that comes to work each day to fulfill the Danville mission. We are proud of our talented and committed staff and pleased that we have low turnover in our direct support positions. This consistency helps us to provide a higher level of service and deliver greater client satisfaction. If you have the training and aptitude and think you might like to join our staff, please see the Arizona Jobs page.
Testimonials from Family, Clients and Staff
"My sister resides in one of the Danville Medical Homes. I know the staff well and I know how Danville operates. I am secure in the fact that the employees get specific training to start, and ongoing training to ensure the health and well being of my sister. My sister is very happy in her home. That is another nice thing. She feels that she is in her home and with her friends." - Toni Barnard, guardian
"As a nurse, I feel Danville is the best place to work. I have five to six patients at the most at any given time and the support of everyone from the Administration to coworkers. The patients receive excellent medical care as well as one-to-one time from the direct support staff and the nurse on duty." -Michelle Mosely, Program Manager
"As a direct support staff, I have been challenged and have grown at Danville. The training and the guidance I received and continue to receive has helped me grow and prosper. I never knew what I wanted to do with my life, but the work I do here at Danville is so fulfilling that I never want to leave or do anything else." -Marilyn Barreras, Direct Support Professional
"I live at Danville. I get good care and this is my home. I get to go places, to see friends, to make new friends and I get good food. I get to have my room anyway I want, but I have to keep it clean. I love Danville." -Dolores Calderon, resident
