Danville Services of Oregon L.L.C., has been providing supports to citizens of Oregon since 1997. The individuals we serve have developmental disabilities, many of whom may also have a psychiatric diagnosis, serious behavioral issues and/or complex medical conditions.
Our programs are located throughout the western Oregon area including Multnomah, Washington and Marion counties. Currently, the agency provides as array of residential, employment, community integration and related support services in each of the counties in which we operate. Danville also provides services funded through Service Brokerages, local School Districts and private pay clientele. Most Residential settings receive 24 hour awake staff support while our intensive medical home in Multnomah county has trained license medical staff on shift 24 hours per day.
Applicants should be at least 18 years old and enjoy working with people. New employees receive extensive, competency-based training. This training includes such things as CPR/First Aid, Oregon Intervention System, Danville Philosophy and Policies, assisting individuals with daily living skills, self-help, medical needs, recreation, learning activities, and presenting a positive role model.

Danville Services Corporation provides significant oversight and support to the Oregon operations in the areas of fiscal services, payroll processing and accounting; human resources support; programmatic consultation and technical assistance; personnel preparation and training; quality assurance and regulatory compliance systems development and with long-range strategic planning. Locally, each program is supervised by a manager who is responsible for the day to day operations including health and safety and personal satisfaction of the individuals receiving services. Each manager is supervised by a program director who reports directly to the Regional Director. |
