Danville Services of Oregon, LLC has been providing essential support services to Oregonians with disabilities and their families since 1997. The programs Danville operates are designed to support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities as well as those with co-occurring mental health, behavioral and complex medical support needs.
Our programs are located throughout the western Oregon area including Multnomah, Washington and Marion counties. Currently, we provide an array of residential, employment, community integration and related support services in each of the counties in which we operate. Danville also provides services funded through Service Brokerages, local School Districts and private pay clientele.
Residential programs are generally staffed 24-hours each day by well trained and competent Direct Support staff. Based on the needs of the individuals being supported, nurses, therapists and other professional staff are also assigned to the home. Danville has the capacity to support individuals with complex nursing needs up to 24 hours per day in its small, neighborhood-scale homes.
In each program, Danville provides individualized services and supports that enhance a person’s ability to exercise independence, control over many daily decisions as well as become engaged and contributing members of their neighborhoods and communities.
Our clients are so much more than clients to us, they’re our friends and your family and we come to work everyday ready to do everything in our power to help and respect the people that become Danville clients.
Danville Services of Oregon is also committed to providing real-time transparency to guardians and family members of the individuals we support. We offer on-line access to all documentation including Incident Reports, on-going chart notes, medical and medication administration records, etc.
Our staff turnover generally is half or less of the statewide average as measured by data collected by Oregon’s Seniors and People with Disabilities and our national professional organization, ANCOR. This consistency helps us to provide a higher level of service and deliver greater client satisfaction. If you have the training and aptitude and think you might like to join our staff, please see the Oregon Jobs page.
