Danville Services Corporation helps find meaningful work and daytime activities for our clients that help build confidence and instill a deep sense of accomplishment.

Career Development

We help our vocational clients (some of whom are also residential clients) locate meaningful employment that matches their goals, desires, skills and aptitude for work.

Job Matching

Clients who benefit from our vocational services work in all kinds of different capacities in the communities where they live. Some clients do custodial work, some work at grocery stores, in food service and in light industry.

Meaningful employment provides a source of earned income, increases natural supports, promotes dignity and respect, and enhances self-esteem.

Alternatives to Employment

We also offer alternatives to employment services that are community based programs designed to assist individuals to increase independence, improve skills and participate in many meaningful activities. These services include summer programs for school-age children, retirement programs, volunteer work, pre-vocational training and support for people with behavioral and/or medical needs who may require a more structured environment and personal assistance.
